Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love Olaina. Because our pieces are made with care, we keep returns and exchanges tightly controlled.

Damaged or faulty items - must report within 3 days
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email support@olaina.com within 3 days of delivery with: order number, photos of the damage (full product + close-up), and the delivery photo (if any). We will inspect the evidence and if approved, we will offer either a replacement, free repair, or a full refund. Damaged items must be returned in original packaging; we will provide a pre-paid return label for approved claims.

Size exchanges only (within 7 days)
If the fit isn’t right, we offer exchanges for size only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund. Customised items are not eligible for exchange.

No general returns
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please check product measurements and photos carefully before ordering. Our team is happy to answer questions at support@olaina.com prior to your order.

How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to start a claim / exchange
Email support@olaina.com with your order number and photos (for damage) or request an exchange size. We’ll respond within 24 business hours with next steps and a return label if applicable.
